The 29th Annual Festival of Trees promises to be an amazing holiday occasion again this year!

This event showcases some of the best food Casper has to offer, the talents of the tree designers and the generosity of the Casper Community.

Tuesday, November 28th 
6:00 pm to 10:00 p.m.

Description of Event:

Festival of Trees – Our 29th annual event is an auction of fully decorated Christmas trees, wreaths, centerpieces, trips and items donated by individuals or local businesses, to be purchased by the public. The Christmas trees are live auctioned on Tuesday, November 28th in the Industrial Building at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds. It begins at 6:00 p.m. with a silent auction and cocktails. The live auction will begin at 7:00 p.m.

2017 Festival of Trees Fact Sheet

Goal:

To raise much needed funds and awareness for Special Olympics Wyoming programs statewide while educating an audience of more than 400 guests about the mission of Special Olympics Wyoming.

Tickets:

$50.00 per person or two for $75.00. Tickets avaliable at First Interstate Banks, Jonah Banks, ANB Bank, Wyo Central FCU, Special Olympics Wyoming office 239 West 1st Street

Sponsorship:

Sponsorships for this event range from decorating a Christmas tree up to a $25,000 Platinum level sponsorship. Trees are purchased and decorated by a company, organization or individual. Trees will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Format:

Guests arrive and are greeted by Special Olympics Athletes and register for an evening of entertainment, holiday hors d’ oeuvres, strolling among dozens of decorated trees and Silent Auction items.

Description of Event:

An afternoon to bring children together to visit with and have your picture taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus; bring a new Teddy Bear for our traditional “Teddy Bear” tree; enjoy strolling among the decorated auction trees; sip flavored teas and eat warm cookies. Most of all, vote for your favorite tree. We have a special appearance from the Dream Upon a Princess team.

Goal:

To raise awareness for Special Olympics Wyoming programs statewide, promote the Festival of Trees and determine the People Choice award.

Tickets:

The donation of one new Teddy Bear.
