Unified Sports Golf    

The Special Olympics Wyoming Unified
Sports™ Golf Tournament is held annually
in August. The tournament is comprised of
two member teams, an athlete and a Unified
Sports Partner on each team. The tournament
is set up as a 9 –Hole Alternate Shot
Competition that also includes a division for
athletes to compete in a skills competition
that is comprised of 5 different skills.

Golf Skills Contest

The Special Olympics Wyoming Unified Sports® Golf Tournament is held annually each August and features competition in Alternate Shot 9-Hole Golf and Golf Individual Skills. 

The Alternate Shot 9-Hole competition features two person teams consisting of one Special

Olympics athlete and one Unified Sports partner, who alternate both tee shots and shots on the hole.

Individual Skills consists of competition in short putt, long putt, chip shot, pitch shot, iron shot and wood shot.  Special Olympics Wyoming does not currently offer the bunker shot as part of our Golf Individual Skills competition.
