Donate to Insulate (running from November 1, 2020, through March 1, 2021) This event is a great way to create awareness and raise funds to benefit Special Olympics Wyoming athletes. Law Enforcement officers from across the state participate by growing facial hair/ painting nails and you, the community vote (by donation) for your favorite.

In 2021 LETR raised $8,375 to benefit Special Olympics Wyoming athletes. Thank you to all law enforcement that participated in the contest!!  Powell PD raised $3,245 who includes Paul Sapp $803, Matt Koritnik $690, and Braden Hancock $675. Laramie County SO raised $5,130, includes Rick McKean $1,400, Trent Brightly $375, and Heather Wilson $350. Thank you for supporting your local law enforcement officers.
